Intermovers’s Quality Policy:
“To continually improve the quality and reliability of our relocation services to ensure that they exceed our customers’ expectations as well as meet all legislative and regulatory requirements”.
In achieving the above we will:
- Organise each relocation according to our clients’ needs and wishes, whenever possible.
- Implement a policy of “0 claims“: No loss, no damage and no service failures.
- Always comply to the requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Establish and review our quality objectives on a periodic basis.
- Communicate this policy to all employees and review it for continuing suitability.
